Israeli army spokesman Daniel Hagari said last Friday night that Israeli forces are increasing the scope of ground operations after two consecutive nights of tank operations. And after that, Saudi Arabia warned Israel about the ground operation.

In a statement, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, Saudi Arabia condemns any ground operation carried out by Israel. Because such operations pose a threat to Palestinian civilians.

                                                      

The statement warned that such an attack on the Palestinian people would create a dangerous situation in violation of international law. It is said that this will have serious implications for the stability of the region.

Hamas launched a surprise rocket attack on Israel on October 7. Besides, they entered the country and took many hostages. In response to the attacks by Hamas, Israel has continued to bomb the Gaza Strip since that day. Last Friday night, the Israeli forces started an all-out attack on land, air and sea in devastated Gaza by cutting off all communication systems, including the Internet.

The statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, "Saudi Arabia is calling on the international community to take measures to ensure that this military operation is stopped immediately and that relief agencies can reach civilians with humanitarian aid."

The statement also said that on Saturday, Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan spoke on the phone with the foreign ministers of Jordan, Morocco and Egypt. They discussed the Israeli-Palestinian situation.
